Normal Working Hours
- 7.00am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Bookings
- All crane bookings must be made with the allocator,
and not via crane crews on-site.
Minimum Charges
- Night Work (On application) - Minimum
of 6 hours between 6.00pm and 4.00am.
- CFMEU RDO Days - Minimum 4 hours - all
cranes.
- Public Holidays (On application)
Cancellations
- Weekday cancellations for jobs booked
within normal working hours are accepted up until the time the
crane has been dispatched, or minimum charges still apply.
- Weekend and night jobs need to be cancelled
with a minimum of 3 hours notice before the commencement of
the job, or minimum charges still apply.
- Cancellations during weekdays due to
wet weather are accepted up until the time the crane has been
dispatched, or minimum charges still apply.
Permits
- RTA permits require a minimum of 12 working
days notice, all other permits require 3 working days notice.
- All council permits are to be pre-paid
before they can be applied for (including customers with an
account).
- Where a job is re-scheduled, there is
no guarantee permits can be transferred.
- A charge of $50.00 applies for re-scheduling
any job with permits.
Mass of loads
- Where the exact mass of the load is critical
to the job, customers are to confirm mass in writing.
- Where the mass to be lifted changes
after inspection, the customer is to inform the site supervisor,
and confirm in writing.
